In his own words: I have a degree in applied systems science profiled towards development of both production and organisation. Combined with this profile is a user-friendly pedagogy, which I have used when working with companies specialised in manufacturing and providing services, both as an employee and as a consultant. During a period in the 80s, I was a unit manager in a consultant company profiled towards IT, leadership development and organisation development.

In 1991, I was recruited by Linköping University and ITA as an assigned leader responsible of the activity development both in smaller and larger companies including public organisations. In addition, I have also worked as a tutor and lecturer at the programme of psychology at Linköping University. At ITA, I have the main responsibility of our successful leadership development programme. Moreover, I also run several party joint assignments including organisation development projects, with participation and concrete results as main themes. Together with Lasse, I am a licensed IPU behviour analysist.

Said by others: Arne is ITU Development Inc's Chief Executive and is the company's front figure where his social ability and enthusiasm really are positive assets. He is the spider in our business. Part of his spare time, Arne is assigned other types of leadership such as leading aerobics classes. He also enjoys kayaking.
