In his own words: After graduating with a degree in civil engineering I started off by
working with work environment issues both in my research and as a safety engineer. In
addition, I have experience of various professions such as senior high school headmaster,
Chief Executive and chief of Previa’s management area. I also spent ten years at Linköping
University working with the collaboration between the university and the commercial and
industrial world. This is still something I work with but nowadays as a consultant for the
university. Thanks to my various work experiences I have access to a large and regional
network of contacts, which is important to value and cherish.

At ITA I work mostly with our leadership development programme, business development
and with commercial and industrial assignments. I am also one of ITA’s two qualified
behaviour analysists who can provide our customers with an IPU Profile Analysis.

Said by others: Lasse works in a very out-going way, he is analytical, quick and particular
about every team member having the chance to contribute with their individual knowledge
and know-how. Nowadays, Lasse loves to fish (and it is something he loves to talk about) but
his previous hobby was ice hockey.
